Mike Kerrigan, Vice President Business Applications

Mr. Kerrigan started his career with 17 years of practical, real-world Logistics expertise as the COO for a Global Japanese company.

In 1994, Mr. Kerrigan was part of one of the first mid-sized SAP implementations in the US. As one of the key client team members he was responsible for implementing materials management and production planning including all core SAP modules and strategic corporate functionality using SAP’s Profitability Analysis. His company became one of SAP’s top client success stories in 1994, more importantly SAP used his company as the top reference site for future customers. The implementation methodology used on his project eventually became the SAP ASAP methodology.

In 1995, Mr. Kerrigan was hired to create a middle-market focused SAP implementation consulting practice for a Midwest-based consultancy. He over achieved in this role creating a 250 person, highly successful SAP implementation group that won the prestigious SAP Partner of the year award for three consecutive years. Over the last 15 years Mr. Kerrigan has been the Executive in charge of helping over 100 clients go live on SAP. In 2001 Mr. Kerrigan was the Partner in charge of ERP solutions with a global consulting and operations staff of 700 people.

Mike continued his SAP implementation successes for the last 15 years across all major industry sectors. His combination of real world Logistics/Management experience and SAP Global expertise place him in an unrivalled position of value to our clients.

 

John Poreda, VP SAP Solutions

Mr. Poreda has 20 years’ of proven information technology experience in planning, developing and implementing software solutions within multiple industries. He possesses a diverse technical background with experience in all aspects of IT including networking, programming and ERP systems.

Mr. Poreda for the last 15 years has focused on SAP implementations and upgrades, which includes functional, technical, project management and executive level skills. Main initiatives were designing and building business solutions and incorporating technical oversight to insure that our SAP customers receive a better return on their investment. The past couple of years he has focused mainly on providing strategic direction and delivery guidance for major global companies.

Mr. Poreda is driven to help clients with managing their global master data issues and provides the leadership necessary to support our partner network which includes Quadrate and MDX. He specializes in the software tools and managed services to manage all the required processes to insure successful projects in Enterprise Data Management.

At Laurus Mr. Poreda is the Vice President of SAP Services responsible for business development, consultanting practice management, and service delivery.
