This service will monitor your firewall 24 hours a day, seven days a week from a Security Operations Center. Security Analysts are immediately notified of any security or connectivity issues, and take appropriate action, including configuration changes, network troubleshooting, and customer notification. The most visible component of the Firewall service is the comprehensive reporting.

There is an on-line web portal for instant access to data for reporting and compliance purposes:

•    All network activity, including network access and usage
•    Any attempted breaches of security
•    A modification log of configuration changes made to the firewall at the customer's request

The secure web portal will provide detailed daily, weekly & monthly reports on all firewall activity.

Intrusion Detection and Prevention

The Intrusion Detection & Prevention Services provide 24 x 7 real-time protection. Suspicious activity is constantly monitored from security devices and when suspicious activity is detected, action is taken.  The Security Operations Center (SOC) immediately repels attack attempts and denies the intruder access to the network. Security professionals monitor the network perimeter, configure and maintain the device, monitor logs, and analyze trends in intrusion attempts to ensure network security integrity.

Web Browsing Anti-Virus

With increasingly sophisticated virus outbreaks that enable viruses to propagate through user web browsing, it is imperative to have the proper virus protection to control this form of sophisticated malicious code. The Web Browsing AV service is designed to stop malicious code propagation through advanced and proactive HTTP scanning mechanisms before the organization is exposed to infection.
