Position Description Position Title: Sales Essential Functions: Sales responsibility for our Systems Integration Business Unit to the IL commercial market.Must be able to identify and qualify sales opportunities, apply knowledge of customers' business and establish a value proposition that results in sales. Must also act as the representative for other Laurus Technologies, Inc. Business Units, identifying opportunities and introducing the appropriate resources necessary to complete the transaction. The ideal candidate must (should) have at least seven years of proven sales experience to commercial end-user customers. This includes selling into large, complex accounts with both individual and team responsibilities. The individual will demonstrate an understanding of the technical and business challenges faced by this market, and a proven ability to develop and deliver solutions. Must also be a team player, working closely with our other business units and vendors.Candidate must be able to manage key executive relationships. Has a strong awareness of the key industry/market issues and trends. Required Knowledge:"Solutions based" business development, strong presentation skills, able to penetrate new accounts and divisions within existing accounts, consultative selling skills, strong interpersonal skills, excellent account planning to capture business, engage area and corporate resources, sound decision making, sound business judgment, strong mentoring skills.
